Indie & Main wasn't your average marketplace. It was a personalized and curated resource for independent retailers. Imagine Etsy, but for independent shops seeking unique wholesale products.
I spearheaded 30+ omnichannel campaigns in a dynamic startup setting, employing motion graphics and compelling copywriting to tell product stories. As part of the UX Initiatives Team, I leveraged customer feedback and behaviors to ensure seamless user experiences across digital platforms.

We introduced Curated Stories, a series of weekly omnichannel product campaigns.
We marketed trending products to small retailers based on social media trends and seasonal best-sellers. Each Curated Story, created by myself and another designer, included a landing page, email campaign, social media assets for Instagram and Facebook, staff picks, a trend report in short-form video, and web billboards.



Through visually engaging email marketing and A/B testing, I contributed significant growth in monthly B2B customer email campaign metrics. Our average CTR of 3.2% far exceeded the retail industry's average CTR of 0.7%.

For the company's 1st birthday, I had a custom cake made with our logomark and created a stop-motion animation for social media. I can confirm that it was delicious.
